SHIPPING & PICK UP

LACE & CHARM is located in Sarnia, Ontario and offers pick up in Sarnia and shipping across Canada, the US and select international locations. Shipping and pick up options are selected and applied at checkout. We do our best to fulfill items as quickly as possible but please allow up to 1-2 business day for order processing. Below outlines our shipping and pick up options.

PICK UP IN SARNIA

We offer FREE pick up at LACE & CHARM headquarters located near Blackwell Road and Lakeshore Rd in Sarnia, Ontario. When checking out, please enter your mailing address as the shipping address in case there is a need to ship or deliver your item. When your order is ready and available for pick up, you will be emailed a confirmation email which will include the pick up address and instructions.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping across Ontario and Canada is fulfilled by Canada Post, UPS or Sendle. Rates are based on the weight of your order and your location (within Ontario or out of province/rest if Canada). Please refer to the chart below. Packages will arrive within 1-3 business days after

 

 

PREODER ITEMS

Preorder items will be delivered through standard shipping (1-7 days after they are received by LACE & CHARM). Please check product descriptions for anticipated delivery dates for preorder items.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

LACE & CHARM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact Canada Post, UPS, or Sendle with the tracking information you receive in your fulfillment email.
