Something didn't work out? That happens! We are happy to exchange OR offer you store credit with fourteen (14) days or two (2) weeks of receiving your order. Please note that being a small business we cannot afford to extend this timeline. We do not offer a full refund back unless the error was made by us or an exception has been made.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition and in its original packaging that you received it. 

The return address will be provided once the return or exchange is approved and can be shipped or dropped off. Return labels are not provided so the customer can return the item however they prefer and should be returned within 14 days of the return request.

You are responsible for shipping costs for the item(s) you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



  • A return must requested by email to (hello @ laceandcharm . com) within fourteen (14) days or two (2) weeks from the receive date. 
  • Return labels are not provided so you may send the item back however you prefer. 
  • Returned merchandise must be received within fourteen (14) days to the store. 
  • Returned merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All fashion accessories, bodysuits, intimates, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, and items labelled "FINAL SALE" or "FLASH SALE" are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. 
  • Once your return is processed, an email will be sent to you containing an eGift Card with your store credit that you can use on or It will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Store credit never expires.
  • Any returns past the policy (returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt) will not be accepted or store credited.
